Well, Hello There!

Hello, lovelies.

Yes, I know it’s been a while. Sometimes life interferes with our best laid plans, but things are looking up.

Right now I’m working on another installment of the Whiskey Springs Pack, titled The Call of Her Mate. It centers around Katie Danvers, one of the girls who was working with Celia the day she was held at gunpoint by you know who. (If you have not read that story, it’s The Call of Her Heart). I have brought back two more of the kids from that day, as well as Celia and her mate Logan. And of course, Josh Masters makes an appearance. I couldn’t write about the Whiskey Springs Pack and not include their yummy Alpha.

Then I’m introducing you to a new shifter named Rafael Ramirez. This character is based on someone I knew before I met Mr. Night. Rafe has it all — tall, dark, quiet, handsome, strong, shifter. I could go on but I’d rather you discover him for yourself and maybe fall in love just a little.

The other purpose of The Call of Her Mate is to introduce some of the steamy men from a new series that centers around one of my favorite places, the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. You may not know this, but the River Walk is home to quite a few paranormal beings. In fact, there is a lot of lore centered around my home time that deals with the unexplained. You can read a little more here. And since we’re discussing unexplained things in my hometown, yes, I have witnessed three of the things on that list!

And good golly Miss Molly it has been hot! I have felt the true meaning of “stifling”. What’s a girl to do but pour a cocktail, grab a fan, and just try to stay cool? Sounds like good advice to me.

So, tell me, lovely. What are you doing to stay cool this summer?

Talk to you soon!
Love,
Stella

And It’s Release Day AGAIN!

Oh my gosh! I am so excited — I got this one finished. Yes, I know I just released The Girl and the Wolf, but that one just poured out (figuratively speaking). And I just love The Call of Her Heart. Celia and Logan’s relationship took a lot of TLC.

I hope you enjoy both books as much as I enjoyed writing them for you. As always, you can read them free with Kindle Unlimited.

Hey — have you signed up for the newsletter yet? The most recent included links to four other romance authors. Sign up and you’ll get specials like this and more. Oh! Release Day!

Oh, I hope you all had wonderful holidays! And can you believe the weather? I will say that it is perfect weather for snuggling up with a good wolf!

Amanda Cross is on a mission to save endangered wolves in the untamed wilds of the Pacific Northwest. But Amanda is a city girl with no survival experience. She needs to hire a guide to protect her on the dangerous journey into uncharted territory. That’s when she meets the sexy wolf shifter with the smoldering blue eyes.

Santiago is an ex-soldier wrestling with his dark past. The inexperienced Amanda is the last person he wants as a client, but he reluctantly agrees to help. He expected her to be a pain in the neck, but he never expected to fall in love.

What starts as a simple expedition becomes a fight for their lives when they run into a mysterious group of mercenaries, an ancient forest god, and a dark supernatural creature with a grudge against Santiago. He’ll have to overcome impossible odds if he wants to save the woman he loves, no matter what the cost.

This is book two of the Sanctuary series. Click on the photo to grab your copy. I hope you like it!
