New Things Are Coming!

Hello, Lovelies!

Oh my goodness, I need to do an overhaul on the web site. It’s time for a new look – something prettier, something fun. I’ve also got a few new bookish things coming. There is a least one short story that I want to share with you. I also want to introduce you to the characters of the WIP and talk a bit about them and their stories. And I owe you a newsletter or two.

So Much To Do!

I’ve disabled the sign-ins for just a little while. If you just can’t wait you can always visit the Facebook page and sign up there. It won’t be long and I’m terribly sorry if anyone is inconvenienced.

In the meantime, I hope you are all staying cool and not getting into too much trouble. After all, a little trouble during a heat wave never hurt anyone.

Talk to you soon!

Well, Hello There!

Hello, lovelies.

Yes, I know it’s been a while. Sometimes life interferes with our best laid plans, but things are looking up.

Right now I’m working on another installment of the Whiskey Springs Pack, titled The Call of Her Mate. It centers around Katie Danvers, one of the girls who was working with Celia the day she was held at gunpoint by you know who. (If you have not read that story, it’s The Call of Her Heart). I have brought back two more of the kids from that day, as well as Celia and her mate Logan. And of course, Josh Masters makes an appearance. I couldn’t write about the Whiskey Springs Pack and not include their yummy Alpha.

Then I’m introducing you to a new shifter named Rafael Ramirez. This character is based on someone I knew before I met Mr. Night. Rafe has it all — tall, dark, quiet, handsome, strong, shifter. I could go on but I’d rather you discover him for yourself and maybe fall in love just a little.

The other purpose of The Call of Her Mate is to introduce some of the steamy men from a new series that centers around one of my favorite places, the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. You may not know this, but the River Walk is home to quite a few paranormal beings. In fact, there is a lot of lore centered around my home time that deals with the unexplained. You can read a little more here. And since we’re discussing unexplained things in my hometown, yes, I have witnessed three of the things on that list!

And good golly Miss Molly it has been hot! I have felt the true meaning of “stifling”. What’s a girl to do but pour a cocktail, grab a fan, and just try to stay cool? Sounds like good advice to me.

So, tell me, lovely. What are you doing to stay cool this summer?

Talk to you soon!

p.s. Have you signed up for the newsletter?

Sneak Peek Time!

The Call of Her Pack will be available on Amazon Wednesday. This is the third book in the Whiskey Springs Pack series.

Were you wondering what happened to Liza when she left at the end of The Call of Her Wolf? Well, now you can find out. And The Call of Her Pack picks up where The Call of Her Heart left off. You finally get to meet Logan’s adopted brother, Jack – tall, dark, and shifter. Mm! What more could you ask for? Oh! I know – romance, intrigue, danger!

Read the blurb below.

Being on the run can change a person. Priorities change, actions change, and desires change. Three years ago, shifter Liza Anderson came close to breaking pack law. Rather than be forced out for her for what she did, she left her pack and Whiskey Springs. She’s been on the run since.

Comfortable in her new life, Liza has finally stopped looking over her shoulder. No one here knows who or what she was. They only know the new Liza. Life in Van Horn, Texas is different but she’s comfortable and happy. At least until someone from her past walks through the door.

Jack Kincaid cannot believe his luck. Trackers have been searching for Liza Anderson for several years and here she is, standing right in front of him. But this is not the Liza he remembers. This woman is softer, kinder. And before Jack knows it, he’s falling hard and fast.

Liza lets Jack convince her to come back to Whiskey Springs, back to a life she had almost forgotten with the pack she loves. Once there, she is forgiven her transgressions and offered friendship by those she had hurt the most. Determined to show how much she cares about her pack, Liza takes a risky assignment that will lead her into danger — just as her wolf makes it known that she has found her mate.

Together, Liza and Jack try to bring down the greatest threat the Whiskey Springs pack has known. But then the tables turn and they find themselves at the mercy of a demented shifter who will stop at nothing, including murder, to get what he wants.

Want more hot, hunky shifters and the strong women who love them? Visit my Amazon author’s page. Be sure to check my Facebook page late Wednesday for the link to The Call of Her Pack.

Stay lovely!

How Stella Got Back In Her Groove

I made a boo-boo. I did. When I first uploaded The Call of Her Heart to Kindle Unlimited, I uploaded the wrong manuscript. So, if you ordered The Call of Heart and got The Call of Her Wolf, the error has been corrected.

It’s not the first mistake I’ve made, nor will it be the last. HOWEVER, if I do it again please don’t hesitate to let me know. Email me – it’s the quickest way to get results.

I have two new books in the works: The Call of Her Pack and The Girl and the Wolf, plus a novella in Rebels & Runes: An Urban Fantasy Novella Collection. Busy doesn’t begin to describe how life is right now. But I love it!

As always, stay lovely!
